Now for the fun part:
A welcome change!

Animation breathes life into the process.  A transformation is involved; what was still now moves.
It ensures the integrity of the design is not compromised in its implementation.

Where service users' and customers' involvement in the development of a service traditionally stops at consultation or market research, Du involves them throughout - and into - the 'going live' phase.

Those responsible for delivering the service are given clear guidance and support from the design team.

So, if you're ready to roll out your new service, maybe we can help keep it true to the vision and ensure it meets its original objectives.

"I am pleased to commend the ideas contained in this proposal. The intention to promote an integrated approach that incorporates both fixed and flexibly routed services is fully supported by the Commission. This should produce both an overall improvement in accessibility and a reduction in social exclusion for rural communities.”

Malcolm Craig
Senior Policy Advisor, Commission for Rural Communities

Access4 - design for intergrated transport

Access4 / Du-IT

In it's original guise of Du-IT (Durham Integrated Transport), we were within a gnat's whisker of having it implemented in Durham.

We were recently invited to re-present to the County Council Scrutiny Panel and await their report in June 08.

Litter Monster

Litter Monster

We ran our first Litter Monster with the very excitable children of Annfield Plain Junior School.

In partnership with Jack Drum Arts and Neil Davies we were called "brilliant" by the headteacher.  It only took 30 years for a head teacher to say that to either of us!

Ask to see the DVD of Litter Monster, commissioned by Groundwork and CEDI.
