So - who's running this outfit then?

The people behind Du are those people that are frustrated by having to deliver or receive ineffective and non-desirable services. Those who don't feel able to metamorphosise.

These are the people that motivate Du to come up with new ideas and better designs.

These are the people we always include in our Design Teams.

When creating our teams, we look for 4 things:

lived experience;
complementary expertise
understanding of Service Design and Animation;
commitment to the Du ethos of Excellence in Pursuit of Improvement.

Steve loves play - not that you can tell from the picture!

Having worked in public service all his life (from London Bus Driver to Play Co-ordinator), he took the decision to try a new tactic in his aim of making the world a better place, by forming Du as a Social Enterprise with Cameron.

Cameron Gordon

Cameron cycles, walks his dog (Monty the Lab) and climbs hills - yet remains remarkably unhealthy.

Having lived in Germany, New Zealand, the USA and London for 20 years, he finally returned to his native North East in 2000 to marry a girl from his class at school.
